How EverFlex Works
Before any program, you find out where you actually stand. Here is the path, from the first call to your first session.
- The Path
Four Steps to Your Plan
Ten minutes by phone. We learn your goals, answer your questions, and check we are a fit. Not a sales call.
The real starting point. We look at how you move, how strong you are, and what is holding you back.
You leave knowing where you stand and what to work on first.
One-on-one or in a crew, whichever fits your goals.
- The Starting Point
The Assessment That Builds Your Roadmap
Before we recommend anything, we find out where you are starting. In one session you will learn how well you move, how strong you are, where you are tight or off balance, and what has quietly been slowing your progress.

What the No Pressure Intro Actually Is
It is a ten-minute conversation, not a sales call. We use it to check we can genuinely help you: that your goals match what we do, that the schedule and location work, and that moving to an assessment makes sense for both of us. We are not trying to sign everyone. We check fit first, then go from there.
- Common Questions
before You Book
Will this work for me?
Most of our clients were not athletes when they started, and many trained around an injury. We meet you where you are.
Is this the right kind of training?
Whether you want one-on-one or a crew, we point you to what fits after your assessment, not before.
Is it practical?
We train across Calgary at times that suit real schedules, and we check that on your call.
Is it worth it?
After the assessment you will know exactly what you are paying for and why.
