How We Approach Small Group Training

Our approach to small group fitness classes is anchored in community. When you join EverFlex, we’ll assess your goals and abilities and then determine which trainer would best help you unlock your fitness potential. Then, we’ll put you with 1 to 3 other like-minded people to create a fitness pod that you’ll train with 3 times per week. 

Personal Training in a small group is a more cost-effective way to reach your fitness goals. Plus, with EverFlex’s model, you’ll stick with the same pod, helping you build better relationships with new people in Calgary.

Even though you’re in a group, your training plan will be customized for you. Additionally, we ensure that your group’s daily programs align, so you can build community while making personal progress.

Let’s address the elephant in the room: Not everyone likes working out with other people. We know it can be nerve-wracking to meet new people, especially in a situation where you might feel embarrassed or vulnerable (What if I’m not fit enough? What if I look silly?).

Rest assured, our coaches are pros at breaking the ice, and you’re matched with people who have common goals and backgrounds. The trainers also excel at planning engaging workouts with moves that require attention and proper breathing. Once you get moving, you won’t even care if anyone’s watching.

Passion. Community. Expertise. Our coaches specialize in training small groups, but we do it a little differently at EverFlex. At typical gyms, fitness classes are full of strangers, including the trainer, and nothing is customized for the clients. EverFlex goes against the grain with small groups that you’ll work out with regularly.

We create small groups of up to 4 people with similar abilities and fitness goals. Each person has their own program to best reach and surpass personal goals. Often, the small groups stay the same, fostering camaraderie and motivation.
