David began training in 2015 and has acquired several credentials that give him the knowledge to help anyone wanting to make fitness part of their daily life.

He believes that fitness is more than just exercise. He sees it as an avenue to breed stronger willpower, accountability, and character that spreads into all aspects of your life. In his words, you must look at your mindset and attitude to achieve transformation and success. David’s mission is to inspire and empower his clients to step outside their comfort zones, have fun, and become better people than they were yesterday.
