Geno has some significant training years under his belt — he has been at it since 2000. Geno works with clients of all ages and genders, helping each person improve their strength, cardiovascular capacity, and flexibility. With his programs, you can expect dynamic and functional movements, perfect for clients seeking variety in their workout plan. 

Geno ensures that every client’s program is tailored to their interests and includes some fitness fun. With this added element of enjoyment, Geno hopes to foster a feeling of independence and motivation to stick to an active lifestyle.

With decades of experience and a growing list of credentials, Geno is qualified to help you achieve your fitness goals. His credentials include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology
  • National Coaching Certificate Program – Level 2
  • Functional Movement Screen Certification
