Kaylie Heatherington

Kaylie has been working with clients since 2020. She focuses on helping performance athletes achieve personalized goals. She also helps facilitate training strategies like injury prevention, strength and conditioning, and athletic development. Her goal is to help identify limiting factors within her clients’ bodies and work towards improving their fitness.

In Kaylie’s opinion, being an athlete is defined by the sheer motivation to move better — there are no experience restrictions to sharing this identity. When creating a successful training program, she recognizes external factors like sleep, schooling, stress, overall health, etc. Learning to train according to everyday life can help prevent athletes from burnout or lack of enjoyment in their sport. 

As a personal trainer, Kaylie brings an educated approach to reaching fitness goals. Her credentials include:

  • Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology – Certified Personal Trainer
  • Personal Fitness Trainer Diploma
