Mike has been in the training industry since 2008. His personal training philosophy is anchored in developing an effective mindset: Once you have a solid mental foundation to commit to fitness, you can achieve greater fitness goals. He believes that when you develop the mind, you can develop the body. 

Mike’s expertise covers athletics, rehabilitation, fat loss, nutrition, awareness, and mindset. You’ll see his passion for connecting, building, and innovating the first time you meet Mike. He’s his own experiment, addicted to testing and improving his personal health, then sharing the learnings with people in his life. If you ever need personal training in the Calgary area he is always available.

He’s written content for Everflex Fitness like Best Amino Acid Supplements and The Best Green Teas for Weight Loss. He also does much of the review at Everflex and has reviewed articles like Best Creatine Gummies for Building Strength and Best Probiotics for Weight Loss. He’s truly a Jack of all trades.

Mike has always been intrigued by functional movement and continues to deepen his knowledge with courses and certifications. His credentials include:
