What Is an Accountability Coach?

No one else can make you decide to prioritize your health and fitness — that choice is on you. But after that step, you won’t be alone on your journey. Your accountability coach is your hype man (or woman) who sticks with you to ensure you surpass goals and make progress.   

Too busy to keep track of your training schedule? We’ll text you reminders. Not feeling motivated to work out? We’ll check in with you. Want to celebrate when you crush a heavy set? We’re clapping on the sidelines. Accountability means showing up — for each other and for yourself. We’ve got you.

How We Approach Accountability Coaching

We recognize that everyone gets to a plateau while training and striving to reach goals. It’s easy to get discouraged and lose motivation to push past the block.
EverFlex has thoughtful systems in place to connect with you when you feel like you’re losing motivation, missing sessions, or you’re just busy with the chaos of life. Using the power of technology, like our Fitness AutoPilot (Beta), we can make sure you receive the appropriate messages and reminders to excel on your fitness journey.

To have accountability, you need more than just yourself. With our small group fitness training, we build accountability through connecting with others.

We have 3 accountability factors to keep you on track. The first is training in a small group, which offers reciprocal accountability — you show up for them, and they show up for you. The second is text reminders. We know life gets busy, so we send texts about your upcoming training sessions. And finally, if you start faltering, your coach will reach out to check in. Having accountability increases the chance of you crushing your fitness goals dramatically.

With other training programs, you may train with your coach at the gym then not hear from them again until your next session. At EverFlex, we’re with you on your entire fitness journey, not just at the gym. We’ll reach out to check in, send you workout reminders, and be in touch to keep you on track.

With our program, you’ll have access to a simple habit tracking journal to help form the habits you learn while training with us.

We also want to see you frequently throughout the week to build our relationship and keep you accountable. Our cost-effective model with small groups means you can spend a few hours a week with your fitness pod, which is more than you’d get with one-on-one personal training.
